For Max Shop Owners, our handling time is 1-3 business days for general orders, 1-2 days for LA and Florida warehouses, and 1-3 days for seller direct shipping. Delivery time varies based on location, with an estimated 3-15 business days after shipment for general orders. We do not offer warranty but provide return and exchange services for quality issues.
For Flex Shop Owners, the handling time may vary but usually within 3 business days. Delivery time, the warranty, and Return and exchange services are the same as Max.

✅ Yes! Shop owners can create up to 3 accounts to separate different products. Each account has its own withdrawal function, but tax forms are calculated cumulatively based on the shop owner’s SSN.

16. What are the payout options of ZART?/ How do you get paid on ZART?
💰 Payouts can be requested through the ZART Artist Center or by email. The payout cycle is every 30 days, and shop owners can track sales anytime.

✉️ Checks by Mail – $5 processing + $1–$3 mailing fee per check.
