Tao Jianqi was founded in 2024. The studio is located in Jingdezhen, China's porcelain capital. It focuses on the design and production of original handmade ceramics, integrating natural interest and contemporary life aesthetics into utensils, so that each work carries the sincerity of hand-made and the precipitation of time. The brand name is taken from "ceramic creation is a place to meet yourself". Every time the fingertips touch the clay, it seems to be having a silent dialogue with nature. "It is like a gentle force, quietly nourishing my heart, allowing me to not only shape the work, but also shape myself, meet myself, and find the destination of my heart in the process of ceramic creation. It is like a window, through which I can clearly see myself; it builds a small world that can nourish my self and become a spiritual field that accommodates my self." Let users feel the warmth given by the earth and see their hearts in the daily use of utensils. This is not only the production of utensils, but also a sustainable journey of self-exploration and life nourishment. 

In product design, we use "small flowers and grasses" as image carriers - these ordinary lives growing in brick joints, corners, windowsills and desks are a vivid reflection of the Eastern philosophy of "the way is in the rubble". They do not need complicated carvings, they can grow freely with just a ray of sunshine, just like the "inward exploration" of life we advocate. Aesthetics: true abundance is not far away, but in the daily life that can be picked up at a glance. The saucer is round and concave, and the bottom of the cup and the saucer just fit together, showing the sense of security of the cup being wrapped.

The "little flowers and grass" in the window are like a mirror in the flowers. Even though the world outside the mirror is chaotic and chaotic, the mirror inside always clearly reflects the original appearance of flowers, grass and sky. This is just like our creative attitude - to maintain the simplicity of clay in the impetuous torrent, and to stick to the warmth of hand-made in the era of mechanical reproduction. Lily of the valley basically blooms with its head down. Only by bending over and looking up can you see its inner beauty. The real beauty and tranquility never need to be sought outside. It is in the small space where you look down. The cup is like a lily of the valley, and the cup holder is like a cluster of flowers with an embracing shape.
