Weekly Product Update: App and Shop Owner Dashboard Improvements
Our IT team has released a new round of updates to the ZART platform. These changes improve the experience for both customers and shop owners.
Customer side (shopping app)

Live comments on product detail pages
The app now supports live comment bubbles on product detail pages so you can see more real time reactions and tips while you browse.

Wording and text improvements
We updated several pieces of in app text so information is clearer, more natural, and easier to understand.

Friend invitation rewards
There is now a reward flow for inviting friends to ZART. When people you invite start shopping, you can earn rewards as a thank you.

Offline events section
The app now includes an offline events area where you can discover and follow ZART events happening in person.

Return shipping refunds based on reason
Shipping refunds related to returns are now calculated based on the return reason, instead of a single fixed amount. This allows us to handle different return scenarios in a more accurate and fair way.

Refined product listing layout
We updated the layout and style of the product publishing page so the steps to create and edit listings are clearer and more streamlined.

Stripe payout validation
When you request a payout to Stripe, the system now validates whether your Stripe account is correctly connected and has payout functionality enabled. This reduces the chance of payout failures and delays.

Wording and text improvements
We refined some on-screen wording so everything reads more clearly and feels more consistent.

Maker invitation rewards
Shop owners can now invite other makers to become ZART sellers and earn rewards when those new sellers successfully join and start selling.

Return shipping refunds based on reason
On the seller side, shipping refunds related to returns now use the same reason based logic. This keeps refund amounts consistent and better aligned with the actual return situation.
